People who have over one trails and adversity in life.

Our world is filled with adversity and challenges. Often all we see is hardship and can't look past that and notice that there is a bright future ahead of us. These men and women were often faced with hardship but never gave up, even when they wanted to just give in and let go.
Ludwig van Beethoven's one dream and desire was to compose music and direct an orchestra. However, when he was 28, he lost hearing in both ears. End of the road right? Not so for Beethoven. He took all the notes that he had learned in his youth and constantly re-ran them over in his mind, whilst he composed his music. He even worked his way to where he was able to direct his very own orchestra.
Albert Einstien was not able to talk till he was four years old. When in grade school his teachers told him he was a "stupid" child. His father even didn't believe he would amount to much. However this did not affect Einstien. He worked hard as a student and eventually became one of the most famous scientists the world has ever known.
Helen Keller was born a healthy child, but when she was at the age of two she was infected by a disease that left her deaf and blind. At the age of seven a tutor named Anne Sulivan came to teach her to use her other senses than the ones she had lost. Little did she know, she had just began a fourty-nine year relationship with this "tutor". Through  preserverance  and determination Hellen Keller ( with the help of Anne Sulivan) was able to learn to read, write, and talk. She eventually became an advocate for people with disabilities all around the world.

  1. Good examples. Although Keller has always been interesting, Beethoven's ability to write music despite his deafness is incredible.
