Crossfit
"forging an elite fitness" that is the motto for crossfitters all around the world. The purpose of crossfit is to build the body to where it can withstand injury and lifting heavy weights. It is designed of three basic parts, weight, agility, and endurance. The first part usually works on form while lifting weights. The second part works on how you do different types of motion during working out EX. jumping rope, squats, pushups. Then come the third and final part which normally consists of a R.F.T. (rounds for time) or A.M.R.A.P. (as many rounds as possible) for an amount of time. EX. R.F.T. of 10 pushups, 5 burpees, 15 squats. After that... Well... To be honest, we all fall down! Crossfit is now becoming the true elite fitness that is designed to build people to be the fit, agile, strong humans God designed us to be.
