When man's true charecter shows.

Have you ever considered the thought that you have been going through life with a friend that you don't truly know? Martin Luther King, Jr. quotes, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." By saying this, he means that the true character of a man is not shown in the easy well to do times, but when he is vexed and trails are laid before him. for example your best friend may have the best manner and never yell or get angry, but when let's say his car breaks down, you may see a completely different side of him that you had never noticed before. He may become angry and frustrated. Don't get me wrong it is completely normal for humans to do this. It is their nature. What if though, we can undo that little part of nature in us, and instead be able to keep a calm head when troubles happen. Hardships will come. Tragedies will happen. That is all part of our imperfect world. As a Christian I live having a purpose in life to live with a character like that of what Martin Luther King Jr. described. Are you?
